Financial Plan
The Financial Plan was incorporated with the Annual Budget starting with fiscal year 2018-19 . The current Financial Plan may be viewed in the Annual Budget.
The 2018 Financial Plan was the last stand-alone report. You may peruse the complete 2018 Financial Plan presented to the City Council on June 6, 2018 which provides guidelines and goals for the financial management of the City:

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is prepared on a fiscal year basis for the period commencing July 1st. These reports are generally available six months after year end and represent the audited financial results for the subject fiscal year. Independent auditors review, attest to, and render a professional opinion on the City's internal controls and fiscal reporting.
