Hermosa Beach Green Business Certification Program - Check out our new video!

Since 2018, the City of Hermosa Beach has been a proud member of the California Green Business Network, a program to support sustainable business practices. If you're a local business interested in green business practices or receiving recognition by becoming a certified green business, go to greenbusinessca.org to register or contact our program coordinator: Lisa Ryder at lisarydermoore@gmail.com. Even if you are unable to be certified now, the program offers assistance and education that can help your business increase sustainability and potentially reduce costs.

As of June 2022, we have over 30 businesses that have become Hermosa Beach Certified Green Businesses! During 2021 and 2022 we welcomed eleven new businesses:

These businesses were recognized by the City Council at the June 14th, 2022 Council Meeting.
