Theater - House

On October 22, 2019, the City Council awarded DLR Group a contract to conduct a Community Theatre Needs Assessment (view staff report). The assessment evaluated operations and infrastructure and provided options and costs for two scenarios; a major renovation of the facility that would transform it into a regional performing arts center and a conservative renovation that would maintain the community-focus of the facility.

On September 29, 2020 the DLR Group presented the Community Theatre Market and Needs Assessment Report to the Parks, Recreation and Community Resources Advisory Commission and the City Council at a Joint Study Session (view staff report).
