Please note, your application will not be considered until all necessary forms are completed and all request documents are received. In order to ensure the requested permit is issued when requested, please submit the ROW Permit Application a minimum of 1-2 weeks prior to your work commencement.  

Moving POD Permits are a type of Right of Way Permit, issued by the Public Works department.

• Moving POD Permits are valid for 14 days.
• Moving POD companies must have Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming the City as additionally insured.
• 72 Hour notice is required.
• No Parking/Tow Away signs and A-Frames are provided with the permit. Please return A-Frames to Public Works.
