The City of Hermosa Beach Community Resources Department presents Community Movie Night: Carrie.

Did you know that scenes from “Carrie” were filmed at the Hermosa Beach Community Center? Come watch this cult horror classic dressed in your best prom attire and join us for a behind the scenes look at the filming spots used in the movie, complete with photo opportunities and haunted surprises.

Event location: Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Avenue

6:30pm: Reception with drinks for sale and a "prom" in the gym with live music.

8:00pm: Film screening in the Hermosa Beach Community Theatre (Rated R - 1 Hour 28 Minutes)

Tickets: $10 per person and available here. Tickets are also available in person at the Hermosa Beach Community Center.

This event is ages 18+.
