Beach Cities Community Forum on Fentanyl

Beach Cities Partnership for Youth Coalition and South Bay Families Connected are hosting an in-person community forum that will include a film screening of Dead on Arrival, a fentanyl documentary by Dominic Tierno and Christine Wood, followed by a panel discussion. Panelists include:
- Sebastian Martin, Director of Recovery, New Life House
- Dr. Moe Gelbart, Executive Director, Thelma McMillen Center at Torrance Memorial and Director of Behavioral Health, Torrance Memorial
- Paul LeBaron, Police Chief, Hermosa Beach Police Department
