Planning Commission Meeting
A regular meeting of the Hermosa Beach Planning Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, October 17, 2023. The hybrid meeting begins at 7:00 P.M.
This hybrid meeting will be held pursuant to Assembly Bill 2449. Planning Commission members may attend and participate by virtual meeting when needed. Members of the public may view the meeting via Zoom or YouTube but comments will only be accepted in-person during the meeting or prior to the meeting by submitting an eComment via Speak Up Hermosa, by email or by submitting written correspondence to the Community Development Department.
To review the meeting agenda (to be posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting), go to the Agendas, Minutes & Videos page of our website and select the appropriate meeting date. If you would like to provide comments, you may do so on the same page (see e-comment instructions below) or by visiting speakuphermosa.org and selecting the item in which you would like to provide a comment. Please see the instructions on the posted agenda for information on how to watch the meeting virtually.
TO SUBMIT E-COMMENTS:
Note: Your comments will become part of the official meeting record. You must provide your full name, but please do not provide any other personal information (i.e. phone numbers, addresses, etc) that you do not want to be published.
- Go to the Agendas/Minutes/Video webpage and find the meeting you’d like to submit comments on. Click on the eComment button for your selected meeting.
- Find the agenda item for which you would like to provide a comment and select the comment button.
- Sign in to your SpeakUp Hermosa Account or as a guest, enter your name and comment in the fields provided. If you have an account, you may attach files before submitting your comment.
eComments can be submitted as soon as the meeting materials are published, but will only be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to ensure that the Planning Commission and staff have the ability to review comments prior to the meeting.
