Participants include: CalPIRG, CalPIRG Students, Environment California, State Senator Ben Allen, California Environmental Voters, the National Stewardship Action Council, The Nature Conservancy, Oceana, Ocean Conservancy, and Heal The Bay.
Event starts at 2 p.m. at the Hermosa Beach Pier Head, with reception to follow at Vista.
