A Charter Bus Company is used to transport participants to excursion sites from the Hermosa Beach Community Center.

Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  Participants with physical limitations must sign up with a  friend or family member. No refunds on Excursions.

If your secret fantasy is to drown in Willy Wonka’s chocolate river, this tour is for you! Think of a chocolate’s milky and mahogany colors, creamy and crunchy textures; the intoxicating sensation when it melts in your mouth; the bitter, sweet and salty notes that hit your tongue; and the hard to let go aftertaste. Ah, the delight of devouring the greatest discovery made by man is happiness unparalleled. Bon appétit chocoholics as we begin our journey at an Armenian bakery in Glendale where we will enjoy delicious chocolate drizzled Baklava.

The adventure continues with a visit to Sprinkles, the creator of the gourmet cupcake craze. Next, we will visit a chocolate maker who offers the most original flavors you have ever imagined — indulge in chocolate that might include ginger, chili pepper, infused sea salts and more. We’ll stop at the historic San Antonio Winery for lunch on your own. After lunch we will do a dessert wine tasting featuring the winery’s delicious chocolate port paired with a chocolate bar. The chocolate trail ends at Grand Central Market where everyone will be treated to a scoop of McConnell’s chocolate ice cream, followed by a ride aboard L.A.’s famous funicular, Angels Flight.
