City Council Special Meeting: Certification of Election Results, Installation of New Councilmembers and Appointment of Mayor

A Special Meeting of the Hermosa Beach City Council is scheduled for Monday, December 12, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. to Certify County Election Results, Install Elected Councilmembers, Recognize Outgoing Councilmembers Stacey Armato and Mary Campbell, and Appoint the next Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem, followed by a Reception at RYLA, 1220 Hermosa Ave.

Additional Information
This hybrid in-person/virtual meeting will be held pursuant to Assembly Bill 361. Any or all Councilmembers may attend and participate by teleconference/virtual meeting. Members of the public may also participate by teleconference/virtual meeting.
To review the meeting agenda (to be posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting), go to the Agendas, Minutes & Videos page of our website and select the appropriate meeting date. If you would like to provide comments, you may do so on the same page (see e-comment instructions below) or by visiting speakuphermosa.org and selecting the item in which you would like to provide a comment. Please see the instructions on the posted agenda for information on how to join the virtual meeting and how to be added to the speaker list.

- Find the agenda item for which you would like to provide a comment and select the comment button.
- Sign in to your SpeakUp Hermosa Account or as a guest, enter your name and comment in the fields provided. If you have an account, you may attach files before submitting your comment.
eComments can be submitted as soon as the meeting materials are published, but will only be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to ensure Council and staff have the ability to review comments prior to the meeting.
