A regular meeting of the Hermosa Beach City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Open Session begins at 6:00 P.M. and Closed Session begins at 5:00 P.M.

Public Participation

This hybrid in-person/virtual meeting will be held pursuant to Assembly Bill 361. Any or all Councilmembers may attend and participate by teleconference/virtual meeting. Members of the public may also participate by teleconference/virtual meeting.

ATTENDEES WILL BE MUTED UNTIL THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PERIOD IS OPENED. If you are joining by phone, press * 9 to raise your virtual hand and * 6 to unmute your line when asked to do so. Comments from the public are limited to 3 minutes per speaker.

If you would like to provide comments, you may do so on the same page (see e-comment instructions below) or by visiting speakuphermosa.org and selecting the item in which you would like to provide a comment. Please see the instructions on the posted agenda for information on how to join the virtual meeting and how to be added to the speaker list.

Note: Your comments will become part of the official meeting record. You must provide your full name, but please do not provide any other personal information (i.e. phone numbers, addresses, etc) that you do not want to be published.

  1. Find the agenda item for which you would like to provide a comment and select the comment button.
  2. Sign in to your SpeakUp Hermosa Account or as a guest, enter your name and comment in the fields provided. If you have an account, you may attach files before submitting your comment.

eComments can be submitted as soon as the meeting materials are published, but will only be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting to ensure Council and staff have the ability to review comments prior to the meeting.

Submitting Comments by Email

You may also email comments to cityclerk@hermosabeach.gov. If you opt to comment via email, please indicate which agenda item it corresponds with. Emailed comments and eComments will be attached to the corresponding agenda item after 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please note that all eComments are immediately received by the City Council when submitted, and all emailed comments are forwarded to the City Council.
