In partnership with L.A. County Public Health and Curative, the City of Hermosa Beach will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Hermosa Beach residents and eligible employees of Hermosa Beach businesses on Friday, May 7, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hermosa Beach Community Center at 710 Pier Avenue. First doses will be offered between 11 AM and 3 PM, while morning appointments are reserved for those receiving second doses from the clinic held on April 13.
Everyone over the age of 16 is now eligible to receive a vaccine. Young people who are ages 16 and 17 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian for this clinic. This clinic is expected to offer the Pfizer vaccine, which is authorized for ages 16 and up.
Please arrive promptly, but no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and expect the whole process to take 1 hour from arrival to departure. This will be a walk-through site, with accommodations available for those that need to receive the vaccine from their vehicle.
Please bring with you:
- Identification (Drivers License/ Passport)
- Proof of living in the zip code (Drivers License or Mail)
- Insurance/Medicare/Medicaid Card
- Mask, to be worn the whole time
