The City of Hermosa Beach has heard from residents that Prospect Avenue has traffic safety issues. In response, the City secured a grant from the Southern California Association of Government’s (SCAG). The grant is for a demonstration project that will be installed for up to two weeks. It will be a short-term, temporary way to try out some improvements and see if they are effective at addressing traffic safety issues. The City wants to hear from you what you want to see changed on Prospect Avenue, and what kinds of possible improvements you think would be helpful. The City invites you to learn more about this project, and discuss what kind of possible improvements could be considered to address traffic safety along Prospect Avenue.
