Out of an abundance of caution, The South Bay Series Surf Contest has been cancelled, which was scheduled to take place Saturday, March 28,  in response to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s and public health experts’ recommendations to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
