Submit a service request to the City using the online form below (log-in or access via Facebook) or download the free Go Hermosa app (links at right).

Select a category and tag your request with a location and a picture (optional) and you'll get real-time status updates for:

• Public Works maintenance requests - City building maintenance, graffiti, parks, sewer, storm drain, street / sidewalk / pothole, and traffic signage / signals / striping issues.
• Public Works inspection requests - schedule a Public Works Inspector visit for permitted construction in the public right of way.
• Code Enforcement issues - report illegal signage, noise complaints, unpermitted construction, plastics ordinance violations and other issues.

If you are having problems opening the application or submitting a request from the application, please try these fixes:

• For Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in.
• For iOS users, log out of the app and log back in. If this feature is not accessible, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
